2. User Accounts

- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
- Refunds: Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase for annual plans.
- Price Changes: We will notify you at least 30 days before any price changes.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:
- Breach of these Terms of Service
- Conduct that we determine is harmful to other users or the Service
- Upon your request to delete your account
Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HearthAlbum shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your content
- Any interruption or cessation of the Service
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
